As a qualified and experienced Self Love Coach , Womb Keeper, Reiki Master and ex Registered Adult Nurse. I understand the impact a lack of simple self compassion and low self confidence can have on you and how you feel about yourself, even the possibilities of creating physical manifestations such as back pain or headaches due chronic negative thinking and the stress response. The mental impacts being feelings of low self worth, low self esteem, low confidence, anxiety, even anger and resentment towards others.
Being an ex nurse, makes me methodical in my approach with clients and I have adapted the care planning process to suit the work I do with energy healing and coaching. I understand how to care for people, and how this skill can be translated into individualised and holistic care for your mind, body and soul.
Through my methods I am able to support you and hold sacred space for you to nurse your own consciousness back to health with self love, self compassion and a wonderful combination of ancient and modern practices. As an experienced Reiki Master/Teacher I still love my one to one sessions. I have several years experience of working in the quantum field for distance/remote work.
Some people are put off by distance work, assuming it cannot work, however energy has no boundaries like space or time, and my remote sessions are reviewed highly.

Women have been coming together to heal in circles for as long as time. It has been well documented in many cultures and ancient traditions. Why? Because it works!! Circles improve self esteem, compassion and are great for building confidence. As well as sharing wisdom, stories, tears, tips and laughter the self confidence to own your story and be proud of who you are is always taken from circles.
I host in person Sisterhood Circles facilitating Womb Healing & passing on the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki, in different venues across Merseyside.

If you are new to meditating and feel like you're doing it wrong...firstly you aren't. It really is a skill that improves with consistency and practice. But I can give you some useful tips to get you started on the right track or improve your current practice, giving you the self confidence to begin a daily practice
In this session I give you some tips and advice around key areas exploring breath and bodywork (posture), sounds and sensations, contemplation and self discovery.
You will then practice your new skills with a guided meditation - (loving-kindness, mindfulness, body scan, breathe awareness or chakra) - and have time for feedback afterwards to clarify what you've learned during the session.
Multiple studies have proven the benefits of regular meditation may include decreased stress, improvements in concentration, lower blood pressure, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression such as low self esteem and low self confidence. Plus many more. I meditate daily even if for just a few minutes. Once you have this skill, you are able to quiet the mind in most situations building confidence to deal with disempowering situations by being more mindful.
Connecting with your true inner voice also helps with self love and can improve self esteem as your inner dialogue becomes more apparent and easier to change to a more positive one.
